Javier Zanetti è il vincitore del Premio Gaetano Scirea-Carriera Esemplare 2010, patrocinato da Ussi-Glgs. L'argentino, capitano dell'Inter, ha stracciato la concorrenza: su 371 schede pervenute da tutta Italia, ben 231 indicavano il suo nome, per quella che, dopo 18 anni, è stata la prima edizione aperta anche a calciatori stranieri ma con almeno 10 anni nel campionato italiano. Staccatissimi gli altri votati, che rispondevano a nomi come Nesta, Seedorf, Totti.
